VokalOnline.Com - Penelitian dilakukan pada Arkan’s Cafe and Cake berlokasi di Pekanbaru ini merupakan usaha produksi rumah tangga yang bergerak dibidang usaha Cake dan makanan rumahan.

Dalam proses produksinya, Arkan’s Cafe and Cake menjalankan usahanya berdasarkan pesanan yang diterima. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi atas penentuan harga pokok pesanan yang terjadi di Arkan’s Cafe and Cake. Di dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan perhitungan harga pokok pesanan dengan metode Full Costing dengan dasar perhitungan pada produk Nasi Kotak dan Snack Kotak.

Dalam perhitungan harga pokok pesanannya, Arkan’s Cafe and Cake menentukan harga pokok pesanan dengan memasukkan biaya bahan baku,nilai penjualan dan biaya tenaga kerja langsung saja, sementara disisi lain terdapat beberapa unsur biaya yang tidak dimasukkan seperti biaya overhead pabrik dan biaya tenaga kerja tak langsung.

Maka dari itu, penulis melakukan peninjauan kembali pada perhitungan harga pokok pesanan dengan menggunakan metode Full Costing dan juga memasukkan semua unsur biaya yang berkaitan dengan proses produksi, kemudian menelaah kasus yang terjadi pada produksi rumah tangga ini selama proses produksi.

Hasil penelitian ini menjadi dasar sebagai saran dalam penentuan harga pokok pesanan dengan metode Full Costing sebagai dasar dalam membebankan harga pokok pesanan untuk setiap produk yang dihasilkan.

Arkan’s Cafe and Cake sepatutnya juga perlu membuat rincian kartu harga pokok pesanan untuk merincikan biaya-biaya produksi yang terjadi untuk setiap pesanan.

Analysis of the cost of the order with the full costing method

The research is conducted on Arkan’s Cafe and Cake located at Pekanbaru, this company is engaged on the Bakery and Drink, Arkan’s Cafe and Cake runs the business based on their orders received.

The research is implemented for evaluating in determining the cost of the order that occurs at Arkan’s Cafe and Cake. In this research, the writer using the Full Costing method as the based of the cost of order calculations on the cake box and drink bottle products.

On the cost of order calculations, Arkan’s Cafe and Cake only includes raw material costs and direct labor costs, while on the other side they did not include the other kinds of costs such as factory overhead costs and indirect labor costs.

Therefore the writer did a review on the calculation of the cost of the order also including the other costs relating to the production process, then examines the case that happens to the company during the production process.

This research be the basis as a suggestion in determining the cost of the order with a Full Costing method as a base in charge the cost of order for each finished products.

Arkan’s Cafe and Cake should make an order cost card details as well for detailing the production costs incurred for each orders.
